argh... i know i haven blogged in ever... so incredibly sorry.. been very busy wid everything.. so i shall do a quick recap of what's been happening since i was out... =)
wed: the lunch thing wasnt that bad in the end... he apologised to me.. explained tons of stuff.. and i was listening, okaes!! hahas.. it wasnt as horrible as i tought it might end up.. it was actually... peaceful.. =) ohs... and fyi... by referring to him as he onli doesnt not mean anything.. i just know tt he is a nice guy.. and i do not want to spoil his reputation by displaying his name here... =)
thurs: what the hell did i do on thurs..???? cnt remember at all... nvm...
fridae: went out wid my mom.. haven done tt in lyk so long... she wanted to get sum stuff for the wedding.. so we went to serangoon... realised we had tons of time on our hands... so we went exploring.. found this realli nice orange stripey cloth for onli $2!! gonna make scrunchies and sell them at the flea market... anyone wants to buy?? =) it is real cheap.. just contact me...
saturdae: my dad's cousin's wedding... in short, my uncle yeahs... omg.. my cousin is so adorable... all dressed up, looking so pretty... even heard a man from the other side of the family saying "u r so adorable, u know tt?" of course she didnt lahs... she just looked at him cutely den ran away... hahas...was dere frm evening till night... listened to my insane cousins' chattering... non-sensical bunch.. hahas...
sundae: wedding reception... was woken up realli early and dragged down to my uncle's hse... let me tell u... weddings are a big fuss!!! frm my uncle's place... we went to the bride's place... stand around till 6... den went back to my uncle's place.. sorta lyk fetching the bride to the groom's place.. den something silly happened.. they decided to put salt in the bride's coffee!! my aunt is so adorable.. she was lyk "shall we put salt in her coffee??? shall we shall we??" hahas.. the bride winced at the coffee but being a good sport, she just laughed it off.. den she told my uncle tt he would get chilli powder in his coffee when he comes to her hse.. hahas.. so adorable rite...? =) needless to say, the wedding went well.. of course, there were the undercurents... but those are family issues.. and im in no place to disclose them... it did dampen the mood.. but... it would blow off soon yeah? face isnt everyting, if u get my drift...
malay-indian muslim weddings are nice.. hehes.. attend one if you ever get the chance.. you would be surprised at the wonders.. the colours, the sounds, the joy, the food... it is almost magical.. =)
